• Customer: Any individual or business purchasing products or services from us.

• Service: The services offered by Fracktal Works as described on our website.

Fracktal Works is not responsible for return shipping costs on a return we have agreed to for any reason other than a fault. All such return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, even if the original shipping was free.

Where an item arrives damaged or leaking, or proves defective, we pay. You are never out of pocket for a fault of ours.

However, please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made — whether online or offline — except under certain limited conditions mentioned below.

We conduct quality checks before shipping each order. In rare situations where a product is unavailable or fails our final quality inspection, your order may be canceled. If this occurs and payment was made online, a full refund will be issued.

Please note the following conditions:

• If a package arrives visibly damaged, or an applicator arrives leaking, we replace it or refund it — see Damaged, leaking or defective goods below.
• Apart from that, products are not returnable because you changed your mind.

If a product reaches you damaged or leaking, or proves defective, we will replace it or refund it in full — whichever you would rather have. This is not a change-of-mind return. It is our undertaking that what we ship works, and it applies whether the original shipping was free or not.

To make that straightforward:

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery at support@fracktal.in.
• Send photographs of the item and of the packaging. For a leaking applicator, a picture of the bottle and the box is enough.
• We pay the return shipping, and we do not ask you to send a leaking bottle back before we act on it.
• Replacement or refund, your choice.

• No returns or exchanges because you changed your mind.
• Refunds and replacements are issued for damaged, leaking or defective goods, and for orders cancelled before dispatch.
• Otherwise, no refunds once payment is completed.

• No returns or exchanges accepted.
• If cancellation is requested before dispatch (within 1–2 business days), a full refund can be processed.
• Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Please contact us immediately if you face any issues.
