Five Additive Processes, One Quote

FDM
Real engineering thermoplastics, functionally strong, the widest material range and the lowest cost per cubic centimetre.

SLS
Nylon powder bed. No supports at all, so geometry stops being a constraint, and batches nest in three dimensions.

HP MJF
A whole layer fused at once. Finer features than laser sintering and the batch economics that make production real.

SLA
Resin, cured by laser. The finest detail and the smoothest surface of anything we run, and genuinely clear parts.

Vacuum Casting
A silicone tool from a printed master, then up to twenty-five cast parts that look moulded, in colour, in days.
