Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
We ship across India using trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of product ordered. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shared with you before confirming the order.
Note: Import duties, customs charges, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery by the local authorities.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, strikes, logistics delays, or public holidays. Fracktal Works is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We take great care to ensure your products are securely packaged. However, Fracktal Works is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
