Shipping Policy

This policy covers products bought from the online shop on fracktal.in: PrintStick™ bed adhesive, refills, felt tips and bulk cartons. Delivery of 3D printers and 3D printing service orders is agreed with you separately, order by order.

Delivery is free to any address in India. There is no minimum order value, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Online orders are delivered within India only. For an order outside India, write to us at support@fracktal.in before ordering.

Every shop product is kept in stock at our Bengaluru facility. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.

• Bengaluru: usually 2 days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 4 days after dispatch.

These are typical times with our courier partners. Remote pin codes, public holidays and weather can add a day or two. You can check delivery to your pin code on any product page using Check Pincode.

If a product reaches you damaged or leaking, or proves defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery at support@fracktal.in with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
