Build Machines With Us
Fracktal Works has designed, built and supported its 3D printers from Bengaluru since 2013. The machines are drawn, machined, wired, flashed and serviced by one team under one roof — which means the work here runs from first sketch to a customer’s factory floor.
From First Sketch to Factory Floor
A printer is mechanics, electronics, firmware, materials and software at once, and here nobody owns just one sliver of it. The same building holds mechanical design, board-level electronics, firmware, the Fracktory slicer, materials work and the service desk that keeps every machine in the field running.
That is the trade-off we offer honestly: a small team means your work ships and you answer for it. The part you design this month is on a customer’s machine the next.
Desks Upstairs, Machines Below
The floor below the desks holds the machines: FDM printers from desktop to industrial, the Apollo SLS platform, test rigs and a wall of filament. Ideas get printed the day they are drawn, and broken ideas fail in front of you rather than in a slide deck.
We started in 2013 as engineering students at Manipal, incubated by MUTBI, building printers because we wanted one. That is still the hiring bar: people who build things because they cannot help it.
What We Look For
Show, Don’t List
A robot, a rebuilt engine, a printed drone frame, a slicer plugin: the thing you made tells us more than any CV format ever will.
Learn Every Layer
Mechanical people end up reading schematics here; firmware people end up truing gantries. Wanting the whole stack is the point.
Answer for It in the Field
Our engineers talk to the customers who run their work. If you want distance from the consequences of your design, this is the wrong workshop.
How to Apply
There is no openings board. When the work needs another pair of hands we hire, and we read every application that comes in between. Write to sales@fracktal.in with Careers in the subject line: say which kind of work you want (mechanical, electronics, firmware, software, materials, applications or service) and show us the thing you have built that you are proudest of. A link, photos or a repository all work.
Students and final-year project teams are welcome to write too; colleges across India run our machines, and some of the people here first met Fracktal exactly that way.
