Software and Embedded Systems Engineering Intern

Job Description

As a Software and Embedded Systems Engineering Intern at Fracktal Works, you will gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing software and hardware solutions for a variety of applications, including 3D printing. You will work closely with experienced engineers to learn about embedded systems, IoT, and electrical engineering principles. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and testing embedded software and hardware applications.

Write and debug code in Python and C++.

Experiment with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller platforms.

Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware components.

Learn about electrical components, circuits, and soldering techniques.

Assist in prototyping and testing of electronic circuits.

Learn about version control systems (Git) and project management tools. 
Contribute to open-source projects and hackathons.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python and C++.

Basic understanding of embedded systems concepts.

Interest in hardware, electronics, and electrical engineering.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferable experience working in a student project team/Club.
