Fused Deposition Modeling
Production-grade thermoplastics — ABS, PC, Nylon, CF-Nylon, ULTEM. Build volume up to 600×600×600 mm. Ideal for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and end-use parts.
Selective Laser Sintering
Production-grade nylon parts on the Apollo 350 — CO₂ laser, 350×350×420 mm build. No supports needed. Complex geometries, living hinges, and functional assemblies in PA12 and PA11.
Stereolithography
High-resolution photopolymer parts with surface finish comparable to injection moulding. Tolerances within ±0.1 mm. Ideal for visual prototypes, master patterns, and dental models.
Multi Jet Fusion
High-productivity nylon printing with isotropic mechanical properties. Faster than SLS for batch production. Consistent part quality across the entire build volume.
Vacuum Casting
Polyurethane parts from silicone moulds — up to 30 copies per mould. Wide range of shore hardness and colours. The right choice for low-volume production before committing to tooling.
