Job Description

As a Business Development and Operations Intern at Fracktal Works, you will be at the forefront of our growth and innovation. You will work closely with the founders and key team members to support various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, and operations.

We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn, can think critically, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and have a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients and partners.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Support in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Help in creating sales presentations and proposals.
Participate in sales calls and meetings.

Operations:

Support in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in managing and tracking projects.
Help with financial analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Founders Office:

Provide administrative support to the founders.
Assist in managing schedules and organizing meetings.
Help with research and analysis of industry trends and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Technology Management or a related field.
Strong interest in business development, operations, and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
A willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
