Manufacturing &Production Engineering Intern

BANGALORE

Job Description

As a Production Engineering Intern at Fracktal Works, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of 3D printer production and operations. You will work closely with our experienced engineers to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of our products. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support:

    • Assist in monitoring and optimizing production processes.  
    • Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting of 3D printing equipment.  
    • Learn about production processes, SOPs, and workflows.  
    • Assist in inventory management and procurement.  

    Process Improvement:

      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.  
      • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes.  

      Post-Deployment Support:

      • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving post-deployment issues.  
      • Collaborate with the R&D team to implement design changes. 

      Cross-Functional Collaboration:

      • Work closely with other teams, such as R&D, sales, and customer support. 

      Qualifications:

      • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.  
      • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.  
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
      • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.  
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
      • Preferable experience working in a student project team/Club.
