Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated After Sales Engineer with experience in electromechanical systems to join our team. The role involves providing repair, service, and preventive maintenance support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Education: ITI/Diploma

Experience: 1-3 years

Industry: 2D printer, 3D-printers, SPM machines, or any other

Key Responsibilities:

Should have experience in electromechanical systems.

Basic Knowledge of Electronics and electrical systems.

Basic Troubleshooting of electronics and mechanical systems.

Repair, service and Preventive maintenance tasks knowledge.

Basic 3D-modelling software knowledge like AUTOCAD, Fusion etc.

Ready to travel.

Preparing and managing the service-related documents.

Managing good rapport with Customers.

Managing TAT system (Zoho Desk).

Good communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience (1-3 years) in electromechanical systems, preferably in the 2D/3D printer or SPM machines industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic troubleshooting skills in electronics and mechanical systems.

Knowledge of 3D modelling tools (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.).

Ability to work independently and manage service tasks efficiently.
