What it is

The Part Before the Part

Most additive projects that fail do not fail on the machine. They fail because the geometry was designed for milling, or the material was chosen from a datasheet without reading the print direction, or nobody costed the post-processing.

Our engineering team works on that half. We have been designing for these processes and building the machines that run them since 2013, and the advice comes from parts that were actually made — not from a slide deck.

Why this process

What We Do For You

Eight engagements, from a single afternoon to a full production programme.

3D CAD design

From a sketch, a scan or a specification to a manufacturable parametric model.

Application consulting

Whether additive fits at all, where it fits, and what it displaces when it does.

DfAM & process parameters

Machine, material, data preparation and post-processing tuned together — first time right.

Post-processing strategy

The finish route that reaches the target aesthetic or function without doubling the cost.

Reverse engineering

Scan-to-CAD to reproduce or improve a part that exists but was never documented.

Smart structures & 4D printing

Geometry that changes state — compliant mechanisms, programmed deformation, lattices.

UAV & drones

Light, stiff airframe and payload structures, and the material choices behind them.

IIoT

Connected machines and instrumented production — the software half of a machine shop.

How an engagement runs

Four Steps, and You Are In All of Them

Taken from how we actually run engineering projects — not a generic waterfall.

01 · Requirement analysis

Calls, meetings and a site visit where it matters. We would rather understand the problem than quote quickly.

02 · Plan & proposal

A detailed scope of work written against the outcomes you asked for, with what is and is not included.

03 · Work begins

Development starts once the quote and SOW are accepted, and we check in at every agreed milestone.

04 · Delivery & review

The project is delivered and reviewed against those outcomes. Feedback goes back into the work, not into a file.

How it works

Four Steps From File to Part

The same route for every process on this page.

01 · Upload your CAD

Pick a manufacturing process, upload the 3D file and tell us the quantity and finish.

02 · Get a DFM analysis

We come back with a design-for-manufacturability review and a price — not just a price.

03 · Manufacturing begins

Approve the quote and the job goes on the floor. You are told when it starts, not only when it ends.

04 · Parts are shipped

Packed, tracked and shipped anywhere in India, with the tracking number in your inbox.
