3D Printing in Hyderabad

Hyderabad runs on pharmaceuticals and life sciences, aerospace and defence, and precision electronics. All of it needs parts in ones and twos, quickly, in materials that behave like the production material — which is exactly what additive manufacturing is for. Send us the file; we will send you a design review, a price and then the part.

What Hyderabad makes

Three Things Hyderabad Sends Us Most

Pharma & life sciences

Lab fixtures, chemically inert PP parts and instrument housings.

Aerospace & defence

Tooling, jigs and light structural prototypes in CF-Nylon and PC.

Medical devices

Housings and bench-test rigs, with material traceability and inspection.

Parts made by five different manufacturing processes
How it reaches you

Made in Bengaluru, shipped to Hyderabad

Every part is made in our own workshop in Bengaluru and shipped to Hyderabad with tracking. That is the whole supply chain — one building, our machines, our materials, and a courier. No broker in the middle and nobody else’s quality to take on trust.

Upload the 3D file and choose a process. What comes back is a design-for-manufacturability review alongside the price — wall thicknesses, overhangs, warping risk and anything that will not survive the process — so the problems arrive before the invoice rather than after the part.

Six Real Jobs, With Their Prices

Prices depend on volume, process and finish, so here are six parts we have actually made rather than a rate card that would be wrong for your part anyway.

Choose a process, upload the 3D file and tell us the quantity and finish.

02 · Get a DFM analysis

A design-for-manufacturability review comes back with the price.

03 · Manufacturing begins

Approve the quote and the job goes on the floor in Bengaluru.

04 · Parts are shipped

Packed, tracked and shipped to Hyderabad.

Questions from Hyderabad

Before You Send the File

Do you have a facility in Hyderabad?
No — and it matters that we say so. There is one workshop and it is in Bengaluru. Everything for Hyderabad is made there, on our own machines, and shipped to you with tracking. What you get from that is one point of responsibility rather than a broker passing your file on.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP and IGES for anything with tolerances — they carry real geometry. STL, OBJ and 3MF are fine for form and appearance work. Send a drawing with it if there are critical dimensions, and we will inspect against the drawing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One part is a normal order and it is priced as one part. Quantity changes the price per part on the powder-bed processes especially, because a full build chamber costs little more to run than an empty one.
Which material should I choose?
Start from the failure you are avoiding: heat → polycarbonate or PC-ABS; sunlight → ASA; chemicals or water → PP; stiff and light → CF-Nylon; wear → Nylon PA12; flexible → TPU; everything else → PET-G. Twelve materials are documented with measured properties, and if you are unsure the DFM review will say so.
Can you finish and assemble the parts?
Yes, in-house. Sanding, bead blasting, vapour smoothing, dyeing, priming and painting to a RAL or Pantone reference, threaded inserts, and full sub-assembly with a function check before it is packed.
Do students get a discount?
Yes — 20 % off for anyone ordering from a valid school or college email address, with no form to fill in. A small number of innovative student projects are fully sponsored each year.
