        Size matters

        Lowest Cost Per Unit Volume

The bigger the build, the harder a printer earns its place. Julia’s Extended configuration gives you a full 250 × 250 × 300 mm — room for large single parts or a plate packed with small ones.

That scale is the lowest cost per cubic centimetre in its class: more finished part for every rupee, print after print.

        Remote Printing, Monitoring & Control

Julia is a connected machine. Wi-Fi, Ethernet and a built-in OctoPrint server let you queue, start and manage prints from any browser, and the integrated camera streams the build live.

A colour touchscreen handles it at the machine; auto bed-levelling and power-failure recovery handle the things that used to ruin a long print.

        Questions About Julia

What is the difference between Classic, Advanced and Extended?
        Classic has a graphic LCD; Advanced and Extended have a 3.5-inch touch screen. Extended is the bigger frame: 250 × 250 × 300 mm against 200 × 200 × 200 mm, in a 485 × 485 × 480 mm machine rather than 435 × 445 × 385 mm.
Is Julia suitable for a classroom?
It is what it was built for. Automatic levelling and calibration mean a student does not start by fighting a first layer, power-failure recovery means a print survives the building, and the integrated camera plus Wi-Fi, Ethernet and OctoPrint mean a whole lab can be watched from one screen.
        How fine can it print?
Layers from 60 to 450 µm depending on the nozzle, with XYZ resolution of 8 µm, 8 µm and 2 µm. Nozzles are genuine E3D V6 and quick-swap, in 0.25, 0.4 and 0.6 mm.
        What materials will it run?
The nozzle goes to 300 °C and the PEI Flexbuild plate to 120 °C, which covers PLA, PETG, ABS and the general-purpose engineering grades. For PC, nylon or carbon-filled material you want a heated chamber — Dragon, Twin Dragon or Volterra.
        How fast is it?
Up to 200 mm/s. As with any printer that figure is the ceiling, not the setting you will use for a part that has to come out right the first time.
        Can it be repaired here?
Julia is designed and built in Bengaluru, so spares ship domestically and support comes from the people who made it.
