Description
ABS, ASA, PC, PC-ABS, PP and Nylon shrink as they cool, and the contraction concentrates at sharp corners where it has nowhere to go. That is warping, and it is why a part that started flat comes off the plate with its corners curled. PrintStick Plus is the hot-plate formula that holds the first layer through it, at bed temperatures from 80 to 115 °C.
Same applicator as Standard, same 30 mm felt head, same 50 ml bottle — over fifty plate applications, about ₹38 a print on the jobs where a lifted corner scraps the part. It works with heated beds and inside enclosed chambers, and it cuts corner lift and delamination on large footprints.
It releases the way Standard does. The bond lets go as the bed cools, the part lifts off by hand, and a damp cloth takes the film off the plate. Nothing bakes onto the underside of the print, on glass, smooth or textured PEI, BuildTak or a magnetic spring-steel flex sheet.
Printing PLA, PET-G or TPU? PrintStick Standard costs less and holds those just as well. When this bottle runs out the 100 ml Plus refill fills the applicator twice, and the felt tip is a replaceable insert.
The PrintStick bed adhesive page carries the full table: the formula, bed temperature and plate for each of the eleven materials Fracktal publishes settings for.
