PrintStick™
PrintStick™ is our bed adhesive for FDM 3D printers. It goes on without mess, comes off with water, and holds the first layer across ABS, PLA, PET-G and the engineering polymers.

Two Formulas, One Job Done Right
Start with Standard for everyday materials like PLA, PET-G and TPU. Step up to Plus if you print engineering-grade filaments like ABS, PC and Nylon.

PrintStick™ Standard
For hobbyists, students and makers printing PLA, PET-G or TPU.
- Optimised for PLA, PET-G and TPU
- Easy to apply and clean
- Consistent first-layer adhesion
50+ applications a bottle, about ₹24 a print. A failed build costs the filament and the day.

PrintStick™ Plus
For the hot-plate materials: ABS, PC and Nylon, and anything else that shrinks hard as it cools.
- Strong adhesion for engineering-grade filaments
- Minimises warping and delamination
- Works with heated beds and enclosed chambers
50+ applications a bottle, about ₹38 a print, on the jobs where a lifted corner scraps the part.

The bed decides. Below 80 °C, Standard holds. At 80 °C and above, the plate runs hot and the polymer shrinks hard as it cools. That is where Plus earns the difference. Bed ranges are Fracktal’s own published figures for each material.
| Material | Bed temperature | Enclosure | PrintStick formula |
|---|---|---|---|
| TPU 95A | 40–55 °C | Optional | Standard |
| PLA | 50–60 °C | Optional | Standard |
| PETG | 70–80 °C | Optional | Standard |
| CF-PETG | 75–80 °C | Optional | Standard |
| Nylon PA12 | 80–95 °C | Optional | Plus |
| PP | 85–95 °C | Required | Plus |
| ABS | 100–110 °C | Required | Plus |
| ASA | 100–110 °C | Required | Plus |
| CF-PA | 100–110 °C | Required | Plus |

When Adhesion Fails, Everything Fails
A first layer that does not stick costs the filament, the part, and every hour the build was running.

Adhesion Failures
Why PrintStick™?
PrintStick™ holds the part down while it prints and lets it go once the bed cools. No scraping, no mess.
Effortless Removal
As the bed cools the part lets go on its own. No scraper, no chipping, no marks in the first layer.
Works With All Major Filaments
Compatible with PLA, ABS, PET-G, TPU, HIPS and ASA. One adhesive, universal performance.
Flawless First Layer
Smooth, secure first layers print after print, with no residue left on the underside.
How to Use in 4 Easy Steps
Shake well
Ensure the adhesive is properly mixed before each use.
Apply
Spread a thin, even layer across the build plate.
Start printing
Kick off your 3D print job with confidence.
Cool down
Let the bed cool. The part comes away on its own.
Put It To The Test
Steep angles, long overhangs, awkward geometry: the prints where the first layer has the most to hold on to. Push to apply, run the job, and let the bed cool to release it.
A push-to-apply adhesion solution that gives you a strong hold during printing and easy part removal afterward.
One Stick, Every Job
Up to 50+ Applications
One 50 ml bottle covers dozens of prints, which puts a few rupees against each successful build.
Cleans Up With Water
Once the part is off, a damp cloth lifts the film straight off the plate. No scraping, no solvent bath.
Zero Residue
Holds firm through the build, then releases clean. Nothing bakes onto the plate.
Portable, Compact & Travel-Friendly
A stick that fits a toolkit or a travel bag.
Works With All Build Surfaces
Heated or not: glass, PEI, metal and magnetic build surfaces all take it.
Solvent-Carried Polymer
The solvent carrier lays a thin, even film and then flashes off. What holds the first layer is polymer, which is why the cleanup is water.
What Our Customers Say
Real stories from teams putting Fracktal to work every day.
