Choose your PrintStick™

Two Formulas, One Job Done Right

Start with Standard for everyday materials like PLA, PET-G and TPU. Step up to Plus if you print engineering-grade filaments like ABS, PC and Nylon.

Ideal for Everyday 3D Printing

PrintStick™ Standard

₹1,999 ₹1,199/ 50 ml bottle

For hobbyists, students and makers printing PLA, PET-G or TPU.

Features:
  • Optimised for PLA, PET-G and TPU
  • Easy to apply and clean
  • Consistent first-layer adhesion
Buy PrintStick Standard

50+ applications a bottle, about ₹24 a print. A failed build costs the filament and the day.

Built for Industrial-Grade Materials

PrintStick™ Plus

₹2,499 ₹1,899/ 50 ml bottle

For the hot-plate materials: ABS, PC and Nylon, and anything else that shrinks hard as it cools.

Features:
  • Strong adhesion for engineering-grade filaments
  • Minimises warping and delamination
  • Works with heated beds and enclosed chambers
Buy PrintStick Plus

50+ applications a bottle, about ₹38 a print, on the jobs where a lifted corner scraps the part.

Match the formula to the filament

Which PrintStick Does Your Filament Need?

The bed decides. Below 80 °C, Standard holds. At 80 °C and above, the plate runs hot and the polymer shrinks hard as it cools. That is where Plus earns the difference. Bed ranges are Fracktal’s own published figures for each material.

The problem

When Adhesion Fails, Everything Fails

A first layer that does not stick costs the filament, the part, and every hour the build was running.

Warping Nightmare

ABS and Nylon lift at the corners. With nothing holding them down, the print warps and peels away.

Mid-Print Disasters

Even beginner-friendly PLA can detach mid-way, derailing the whole job and wasting time and material.

Adhesion Failures

When adhesion fails outright the nozzle ends up drawing in mid-air: tangled filament, nothing usable.
Smart bed adhesive for 3D printers

Why PrintStick™?

PrintStick™ holds the part down while it prints and lets it go once the bed cools. No scraping, no mess.

Effortless Removal

As the bed cools the part lets go on its own. No scraper, no chipping, no marks in the first layer.

Works With All Major Filaments

Compatible with PLA, ABS, PET-G, TPU, HIPS and ASA. One adhesive, universal performance.

Flawless First Layer

Smooth, secure first layers print after print, with no residue left on the underside.

How to Use in 4 Easy Steps

1

Shake well

Ensure the adhesive is properly mixed before each use.

2

Apply

Spread a thin, even layer across the build plate.

3

Start printing

Kick off your 3D print job with confidence.

4

Cool down

Let the bed cool. The part comes away on its own.

The solution

Put It To The Test

Steep angles, long overhangs, awkward geometry: the prints where the first layer has the most to hold on to. Push to apply, run the job, and let the bed cool to release it.

A push-to-apply adhesion solution that gives you a strong hold during printing and easy part removal afterward.

Built for real work

One Stick, Every Job

Up to 50+ Applications

One 50 ml bottle covers dozens of prints, which puts a few rupees against each successful build.

Cleans Up With Water

Once the part is off, a damp cloth lifts the film straight off the plate. No scraping, no solvent bath.

Zero Residue

Holds firm through the build, then releases clean. Nothing bakes onto the plate.

Portable, Compact & Travel-Friendly

A stick that fits a toolkit or a travel bag.

Works With All Build Surfaces

Heated or not: glass, PEI, metal and magnetic build surfaces all take it.

Solvent-Carried Polymer

The solvent carrier lays a thin, even film and then flashes off. What holds the first layer is polymer, which is why the cleanup is water.

Frequently asked questions

PrintStick™, Answered

What makes PrintStick more effective than traditional adhesives like glue sticks or tapes?
PrintStick is a 3D-printer-specific adhesive designed for reliable first-layer adhesion. Unlike regular glue sticks or Kapton tape, it delivers uniform coverage, warp-resistant bonding and easy part removal without residue, and it is formulated for the temperature swings a print bed goes through.
How does PrintStick ensure both strong bed adhesion during printing and easy part removal afterward?
It forms an adhesive layer that grips while the bed is hot, which is what stops the warping and the detachment, then releases once the bed cools. That is what makes it work for complex prints and engineering-grade filaments.
Is PrintStick compatible with all build surfaces and filament types like PLA, ABS or TPU?
Yes. PrintStick works on glass beds, PEI sheets, BuildTak and magnetic platforms, and supports a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PET-G, TPU and HIPS, so a multi-material print needs only the one adhesive.
How should I store PrintStick to ensure long shelf life and consistent performance?
Keep the bottle upright, tightly capped and away from sunlight in a cool, dry place. Proper storage gives a shelf life of up to 18 months with consistent adhesion.
Does using PrintStick reduce warping and print failures on large or complex parts?
Yes. It anchors the first layer against edge lift, curling and mid-print detachment, which matters most on large-format prints and on engineering materials.
Will PrintStick leave any residue on the part or damage my print surface over time?
No. The film it leaves is water-soluble and designed for clean, residue-free removal. Wash the plate with water, or isopropyl alcohol if it has seen many cycles. Safe for repeated use on PEI, glass and other surfaces.
What’s the best way to apply and clean PrintStick for optimal results?
Twist and swipe the stick across the bed like a glue stick, applying a thin, even coat. After printing, wipe the surface with a damp cloth or an alcohol wipe. Fast, mess-free and maintenance-friendly.
