Removing the Carriage Board (Julia Extended)

A carriage board is a small board mounted on the carriage. To remove the carriage board, follow the steps below.

Note: Remove filament before removing the carriage cover.

1. Remove carriage cover.

The carriage cover is fastened by 2 screws. Please be careful not to drop the split washers along the screws.

2. Remove all the wires and FFC connected to the carriage board.

3. Once the carriage cover is removed, remove the 3 screws used to fasten the carriage plate. 

Remove all 3 screws that are encircled
